1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return. This applies in accordance with the consumer rights applicable in your jurisdiction. For customers in the European Union, this reflects the statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.
The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
You must provide proof of purchase (order reference number).

Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return for hygiene and food supplement safety reasons, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact our customer support team at support@growpurification.shop with your order reference number and the reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address. Do not send products back without prior confirmation from our team.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the refund decision within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment methodwithin 7 business days of approval. Shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@growpurification.shop with a description and photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Opened food supplement products are non-returnable except in cases of damage or defect. Gift cards and downloadable content, if applicable, are non-refundable.
